Antique Mah Jongg Set C.1929

I came across this incredible antique Mah Jongg set and just can't get over how beautiful the graphics are! This set has 148 pieces which includes:

36 Bamboo Tiles

36 Dot Tiles

36 Crack Tiles

8 Flower Tiles

16 Wind Times

12 Dragon Tiles

4 Blank Tiles

There are 2 sets of new dice that accompany the set along with 114 counting sticks and a Ming Prevailing Wind Jar with 3 of the 4 discs. It’s a complete set of tiles so play is not jeopardized!

There was a receipt in the box from a Japanese Importer company in New York. The receipt(| believe ) is dated Dec 23, 1929. It is for grocery products and has Mah Jongg hands and tallies on the back!

Condition is pretty incredible for the age of the set. There is no box but a new TILES bag will come with the set!

I play and just love it!! SO glad it's making a comeback!
